One year following the U.S. invasion of Iraq, the county of mostly Sunni and Shia try to come to grips with the U.S.  occupation. Although Saddam Hussein had been removed from power, a more unconventional war, complicated by religious sects and outside forces, begins to take shape. Day to day life for many Iraqis changed in many ways, most would argue, not for the good.
